Self-service registration in Mobile ID: Easy onboarding when starting without a user database

Adding and inviting users to a mobile identification solution works well if you can leverage an existing user database, e.g. coming from your access control system. In other scenarios, however, e.g. in print-management or machine control, such a user database often doesn’t exist.

In such projects, you can use Mobile ID’s self-service registration mode: Instead of adding users and their IDs to the admin application Mobile ID Manager, let Mobile ID Manager automatically assigns an ID to each app. On initial app use, your host system’s registration process is then leveraged to feed in the ID and associate it with the respective user.
