Set a custom e-mail sender

Now, you can streamline this process even further: As an admin, you can customize the e-mail sender for invitations to new app users and all other Mobile ID e-mails. This small but effective feature delivers big benefits:
- Improve deliverability: Reduce the chances of invitations (and other e-mails) landing in spam.
- Increase trust: Recipients are more likely to engage with e-mails from senders within their domain. Which means for you: fewer follow-up questions
- Enhance security: Avoid sending e-mails across different servers for a more secure transmission.
- Keep track: Find out when an invitation bounces back, e.g. because of a typo in the e-mail address.
